MEHZAD SAHAR

Mehzad Sahar has over 22 years of international diversified experience in different industries while mostly keeping focus on Cyber Security e.g. Telecom, Banking, Oil & Gas, FMCG and consulting at Pakistan as well as Middle East/Europe. Currently he is working for Engro Corporation Limited as Group Head Information Security.

Earlier, he was working as Chief Information Security officer of Bank Alfalah and Heading information security division of Telenor, PTCL etc.

His motivation is to achieve organizational excellence in business design through a mix means of Governance, Technology and Security. He has effectively crafted Information Security Framework and Infrastructure Design for different Information Systems, National Policy making and implementation and developed/led big team of Information Security professionals.

He is known as Keynote speaker for many local and international Cyber Security events and a writer of two published literary books as well.
